CALL TO PUBLIC Strikers rally in SUPPORT WORKERS Kočevje!
situation of migrant workers in Slovenia is catastrophic. Workers who actually built this country, are left without the agreed payments and social rights to which they belong, and have no chance to reach his right. The situation is so extreme that it seems the only way that public attention to the plight and injustice, hunger strike, as did the group Workers in Kocevje that year and a half are not receiving salaries.
let's stop the innocent! Res pristajamo that we will ride along the highways or live in apartment blocks, built on the exploitation and abuse people? You admit that migrant workers are systematically discriminated against and in fact unequal! This state is corrupt and should be removed to correct injustices.
therefore support the strikers in Kocevje and attend the public meeting to be held on Tuesday, 9 March at 12 noon in front of the Ministry of Labour, Family and Social Affairs in Kotnikova 5 in Ljubljana!
At a public rally will be called the Government that it is high time to change the regime of labor migration and to eliminate unscrupulous exploitation by that regime allows. We require that:
first the Minister of Labour, Family and Social Affairs actively involved in solving the dramatic situation in Kocevje striking. The first step is to immediately invite the strikers to work talk to the ministry, whose purpose shall be grounds for immediate removal of a hunger strike;
second The Ministry and the Government assume responsibility for the overall system of exploitation of migrants, which have enabled. Responsibility to play well so as to offset the strikers workers wages that are owed by Entrepreneur Perkovič;
3rd The Ministry and the Government immediately initiate procedures to amend the Act on Employment of Foreigners Act and the Aliens. Changes have to withdraw the drug from the employers and workers to ensure de facto equality for migrant workers.
